Kelly is the owner of Dennard Construction. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Kelly has been serving Lubbock and the surrounding areas for 15+ years with hands-on expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Under Kelly's leadership, Dennard Construction has earned a reputation for excellence, consistently exceeding client expectations with innovative solutions and an unwavering dedication to quality.

Eric Gross
With 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Eric brings extensive knowledge and leadership to every project he oversees. As a superintendent, he manages on-site carpenters and subcontractors to ensure each project is completed according to design specifications, client expectations, and schedule. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Eric consistently delivers successful results on both large and small-scale projects.
SuperintendentTyler Parr
Project ManagerTyler has nearly a decade of experience in commercial development and project management. He has experience in overseeing new developments, tenant finish-outs, and renovation projects across multiple sites nationwide. Tyler has extensive experience in site development, pre-construction planning, budgeting, contractor coordination, and quality control from concept through project closeout. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University and is actively involved in his local community in Lubbock.
Katlyn Longley
CFOKatlyn brings over a decade of experience in public and private sector finance. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University. Before joining the team she served as Assistant Treasurer for Lubbock County and has specialized expertise in account reconciliation, financial software conversions, and facilitating seamless system integrations ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
