  • Kelly Dennard is the owner of Dennard Construction. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Kelly has been servicing Lubbock and the surrounding areas for 15+ years. With 20 years of hands-on expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Proficient in overseeing all aspects of operations, from project management, and budgeting, to client relations, and business development. Under Kelly's leadership, Dennard Construction has earned a reputation for excellence, consistently exceeding client expectations with innovative solutions and an unwavering dedication to quality.

  • Katlyn brings over a decade of experience in public and private sector finance. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

    Before joining the team, Katlyn served as Assistant Treasurer for Lubbock County. She possesses specialized expertise in account reconciliation and financial software conversions, facilitating seamless system integrations and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.

  • Chandler brings a wealth of experience from his time in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Seabee and developed a solid foundation in construction management.

    In his role, Chandler oversees all aspects of construction operations—from project execution to resource management. With a proven ability to align operational strategy with organizational goals, Chandler leads high-performing teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
